A character is given to the soul by the sacrament of:-

  3. Holy Orders

Two Categories of the Sacraments:-

  1. Sacraments received once in a lifetime:
    1. Baptism
    2. Confirmation
    3. Holy Orders
    4. Matrimony
  2. Sacraments received more than once:-
    1. Eucharist
    2. Penance
    3. Anointing of the sick
    4. Matrimony only when one partner dies.

The sacraments always give us grace, to those who receive them worthily

The sacraments have the power of giving grace from the merits of Christ’s Precious Blood which they apply to our souls.

We ought to have a great desire to receive the sacraments because they are the chief means of our salvation.
